Gluten and Lactose free diet

dieta bezglutenowa z dostawą

The basis of this diet are the gluten-free and lactose-free products whose intolerance may be the reason of ailments including flatulence, stomachache and other gastrointestinal symptoms. This diet was created for people who gluten intolerance occurred in parallel with lactase deficiency, that is an enzyme breaks down lactose.


Diet is rich in fresh fruits, vegetables, a lean meat and fish, plant-based dairy products, lactose-free dairy products, gluten-free products as well as gluten-free groats.

 

Options: 1000, 1200, 1500, 1800, 2000 kcal
