Gluten and lactose-free

Caloricities to choose from: 1000, 1200, 1500, 1800, 2000 kcal

A gluten-free and lactose-free diet is based on products without gluten and lactose, intolerance of which can cause problems such as bloatedness, stomach aches and other gastrointestinal symptoms. It is directed to people who, in parallel to gluten intolerance, suffered from lactase (i.e. an enzyme that breaks down lactose) production disorders.

This box diet is rich in fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meat, fish, lactose-free dairy products and naturally gluten-free products such as amaranth, quinoa and groats.
