Montignac diet

Montignac diet

 

Montignac diet does not require meticulous calorie counting. Its most important objective is the selection of food products that do not cause excessive increase in blood glucose. So the glycaemic index – GI becomes the most important parameter of composing meals.
All meals prepared by us consist of products with a low GI (selected types of meat, vegetables and fruit). Although in this case the weight loss is slightly slower, it usually is a weight loss of approximately 0.5 kg per week, however at the same time the diet gives very lasting effects. It protects against diabetes and gives you energy for the whole day.
