Vegetarian diet

 

Vegetarian diet can be treated as a set of diets with different calorie customised to client's needs. 
In this type of diet all meat products have been substituted for the corresponding amino acid sources derived from plants such as chickpeas, soybeans or lentils. Diet includes a full range of necessary vitamins and minerals and is very rich in fibre, which improves metabolism and allows weight loss. A large amount of unsaturated fatty acids from the group of EFAs (Essential Fatty Acids) makes it particularly healthy and desirable for people who want to maintain a healthy heart. By assumption the diet excludes fish, but at the client’s request fish can be included in a vegetarian diet.
