Gluten-free diet

Gluten-free diet

Gluten-free diet is prepared for people seeking to reduce weight, which for various reasons should limit intake of foods that are sources of gluten. Indications for its use may be Hashimoto's disease and other autoimmune diseases.

In the diet are limited cereals such as wheat, barley and rye. In return, the products are used as a source of complex carbohydrates containing gluten, eg. cereal, rice, and naturally gluten-free grains like quinoa and amaranth. Due to the wide range of products used, the meals are characterized by diversity and high nutritional value.

Please note that although care about proper composing menus and separation processes, there is a risk of food in trace amounts of gluten. Therefore, we do not recommend the use of this diet for a strong form of food allergy to this ingredient.

Chicken glazed in honey served with buckwheat pancakes with cottage cheese and as well with boiled green beans

Carpaccio with eggplant

Quinoa with spicy pumpkin sauce

Thursday

Slices of roast loin in marjoram served with pieces of cucumber and rice bread

Cocktail with roast beetroot and banana

Chili con carne served with dumplings with oatmeal
