The ketogenic diet is based on a high supply of fats while reducing the amount of carbohydrates. The meals mainly consist of various types of meat, fish, eggs, dairy products, oils, nuts and seeds, as well as some vegetables and fruits, such as avocados. The presence of grain products, legumes and most fruits is significantly reduced. This diet will work best for people who want to reduce body weight quickly.
