You won't find fatty meat and dairy products, pulses such as beans and lentils, as well as whole-grain bread and fiber-rich groats. Vegetables and fruits with skins, onions, garlic, cabbage, as well as hot spices and deep-fried foods arent also avoided. This makes the diet gentle on the digestive system and promotes easier digestion. Vegetables and fruits are served in the form of mousses, purees or in boiled and roasted versions, which makes them easier to digest.
